- Company size or stage
- Business website
- Email address
- Preferred consultancy engagement
- Information entered into consultation or contact forms
- Communications sent to the business

- Information submitted through future assessments, calculators, downloads or resources
- Any information voluntarily provided during consultations or business discussions
Please do not submit confidential personal, financial, medical or legally privileged information through the public enquiry form.
Approximate country-level location may be inferred from network information to determine which starting prices are displayed. We do not request precise device location or store raw IP addresses for this purpose. If you submit a consultation request, the detected country, applicable pricing profile and displayed package pricing may be stored with that request so that we can understand the pricing context shown to you. This information is not sent to Google Analytics.
How we use information
Information may be used to:
- Review and respond to consultation requests
- Assess whether a potential engagement is appropriate
- Communicate about requested services
- Prepare proposals and manage prospective-client relationships
- Deliver consultancy services where an agreement is entered into
- Maintain enquiry and CRM records
- Improve the website, services and customer experience

- Measure and optimise advertising where consent has been provided
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents

Legal bases
Where applicable, processing may rely on one or more of:
- Consent
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract
- Performance of a contract
- Legitimate business interests, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights
- Compliance with legal obligations
The applicable legal basis depends on the visitor, the jurisdiction and the specific processing activity.
Form submissions
Submitting a consultation request authorises Romaesthetik to use the supplied details to review the enquiry and respond to it. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Assessments and scorecards
When you complete an assessment on this website, such as the Marketing Scorecard, we collect:
- Business-context responses
- Your scorecard answers
- Any optional written response you provide
- Your name
- Your email address
- Company and role, where provided
- Your marketing-consent choice
- Source page and campaign (UTM) information
- Hashed technical data used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
This information is used to:
- Calculate and deliver the scorecard result you requested
- Send the transactional result email
- Prevent spam, duplicate submissions and misuse
- Understand which tools and pages generate enquiries
- Send marketing communications only where these have been separately and explicitly requested
To be clear about how assessment information is handled:
- Requesting your scorecard result does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications
- Marketing consent is optional and unticked by default
- Raw IP addresses are not stored for the scorecard; only a one-way hash is used where required for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Names, email addresses, written answers and individual scorecard answers are not sent to Google Analytics
- Scorecard information may be used internally to understand an enquiry and provide relevant recommendations
- Transactional delivery of assessment emails uses the existing service providers supporting this website
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your assessment information by writing to hello@letstalkforawhile.com
- Assessment information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, applicable legal obligations and legitimate business records
The scorecard produces a directional, structured indication based on the answers you provide. It is intended to support your own judgement and does not make decisions about you.
Resource downloads
Some resources on this website, such as the Marketing Audit Checklist, are delivered by email. When you request one, we collect and process:
- Your first name and email address
- Your company and role, where you choose to provide them
- Which resource you requested and the page you requested it from
- Campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through, where applicable
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting
- A secure, personal download link, stored only as a one-way hash, together with its expiry date and the number of times it has been used
This information is used to:
- Deliver the resource you requested
- Provide a secure download page limited to you
- Notify us internally that a resource has been requested
- Respond to you if you follow up about the resource
To be clear about how resource information is handled:
- Requesting a resource does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications; any marketing opt-in is a separate, optional tick box
- Resource files are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible; downloads use short-lived links generated only for a valid, unexpired request
- Download links expire after seven days and are limited to a fixed number of downloads. A fresh access link may be requested at any time.
- Names and email addresses are not sent to analytics providers; resource analytics record only the resource identifier and the type of interaction
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your resource information by writing to hello@letstalkforawhile.com
- Resource information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, applicable legal obligations and legitimate business records
Marketing communications
Promotional emails will be sent only where there is an appropriate lawful basis. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
